In this project, we establish its cohesiveness by conveying into the landscape the operational aspects of the company, in which PAT aims to become a leading multidisciplinary corporation in terms of scale, efficiency and professional. It revolves around the development of real estate projects: industrial parks, residential areas, deep-sea ports as well as providing real estate and financial services. Understanding these requirements, we took these as inspiration to design symbols with biographical characteristics of the three areas accompanied by landscapes along long lakes, landscapes representing deep-water ports and other forms. Since landscape is the post-stage of the project, the most challenging thing for us is to figure out how to harmonize the architecture but still remain its unique characteristics.
